Terms of Service — Corallium Flow

These terms govern your use of Corallium Flow, whether through the web at www.corallium.my or through the Corallium Flow Android app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Corallium Flow is

Flow is operations management software for small service businesses. It lets you keep customer records, issue quotes, schedule jobs, assign staff, record job evidence as photos or documents, issue invoices, manage collections, and run simple workflows.

Flow is a record-keeping and management tool. It is not accounting software, not tax advice, and not legal advice. You are responsible for making sure the documents you produce from Flow meet your own obligations.

2. Accounts and access

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential
• Each user is tied to one Flow business
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account
• Staff records in Flow are labels for your reference; they do not grant anyone sign-in rights
• We may suspend access if an account is used unlawfully, threatens system integrity, or breaches these terms

Self-service registration may be open or closed from time to time while we build the product.

3. The data you enter

You own the data you enter into Flow. We store and process it on your behalf so the product works.

• You are responsible for having the right to enter customer and staff information, and for telling them how it is used
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the quotes, invoices and amounts you issue
• You may not upload unlawful content, or content you have no right to store

4. Photos and job evidence

Evidence files are held in private storage. By default only the business that uploaded them can read them; if you switch on a public job report for a job, anyone holding that report link can also see that job's photos and notes. File size and file type limits apply. We do not review the content of files you upload, and you remain responsible for them.

5. Payments

Your fees to Corallium Tech

Flow offers a free plan and a paid plan. The payment terms for the paid plan depend on how you buy it:

• Invoice: we issue you an invoice and you pay by bank transfer or FPX. This payment does not renew automatically, and we do not store your payment method
• Google Play (Android app, where your app version offers it): the subscription is bought and paid for through Google Play and is also subject to Google Play's terms. It renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel it in Google Play. Google processes that payment; we do not see or store your card or payment method details

Access to paid-plan features lasts for the period paid for. If you cancel a Google Play subscription, access continues until the end of the period already paid for. When that period ends without renewal, the account returns to the free plan; your data is not deleted because of a downgrade. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy at www.corallium.my/bayar-balik.

Your customers' payments to you

Flow can open a bill on a third-party payment gateway so your customers can pay your invoices online. That money flows between your customer and you under your arrangement with that gateway.

• Corallium Tech is not a party to that transaction and does not hold those funds
• We are not responsible for disputes between you and your customers
• The payment gateway's terms and fees are between you and that provider
• Corallium Tech never sees or stores anyone's card number

6. Service availability

We work to keep Flow available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, or failures outside our control, including failures at our hosting, database or payment gateway providers.

Flow is under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed. If we remove a feature you materially rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

The Android app requires an internet connection to work. It shows an offline screen when the device cannot reach our servers.

7. Backups and data loss

We keep your data on our database provider's infrastructure and rely on their durability mechanisms. We do not offer contractual backup or restore guarantees to individual tenants at this stage.

If your records matter to your business, keep your own copies of critical documents.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Corallium Tech is not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Flow.

Flow is provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that it is error-free or fit for any particular purpose of your business.

9. Ending your use

• You may stop using Flow at any time
• You may request account deletion through our Delete Account page at www.corallium.my/padam-akaun
• We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, or where necessary to protect the system or other users
• Some records, such as terms consent proof and invoice-related records, may be retained after termination where accounting or legal obligations require it
• Stopping use of Flow or deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel that subscription in Google Play to stop further charges

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. The effective date at the top shows the current version. For changes that materially affect your rights, we will notify registered users by email.

Continuing to use Flow after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
