Proof of work sits on the invoice
Before and after photos are captured as the job runs, then shown next to the amount on the invoice. The “did you actually do it” dispute ends before it starts.
You know who has not paid
Balances are computed from payments actually received — cash, bank transfer, DuitNow QR or online. Partial payments are counted exactly, not rounded away.
