Try first, pay later. Every new account gets a free 14-day trial with full access, so nobody has to pay to find out whether this product suits them.
1. Every payment comes to us
Corallium Chess subscriptions are bought on the website by FPX. The Android app sells nothing, so there is no app-store payment and no one else to apply to.

Approved refunds return to the same bank account through the original FPX channel, within 14 working days.
2. Unused time
An FPX bill is a one-off payment for one period. If you stop mid-period, your access continues to the paid end date — we do not cut it short, and there is no pro-rated refund for the remaining days.
If you renew early, the days still remaining are added to the new period. You do not lose what you have paid for.
3. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy reduces your rights under Malaysian consumer protection law.
