Delete Account — Corallium Chess

You can delete your Corallium Chess account at any time. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and what we are obliged to keep.
1. How to request it
E-mail arunghayatsports@gmail.com from your account e-mail address, with the subject Delete Corallium Chess account.
We ask you to send it from the account address because that is how we confirm the request really came from you. If you can no longer reach that mailbox, call +6011-6286 8874 and we will verify ownership another way.
We acknowledge within 7 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
2. What is deleted
- Your sign-in account — e-mail address and password hash.
- App preferences synced to your account.
- The subscription record that ties access to your account.
After this you can no longer sign in, and access to the Board ends immediately.
3. What remains, and why

4. Data on your phone is untouched by this request
Games you saved for Review, the error log and local settings were never on our servers — they live in your browser's storage on your device. Deleting your account does not delete them.
To remove them: uninstall the Android app, or clear site data for www.corallium.my in your browser settings.
5. If a subscription is still running
A Corallium Chess subscription is a one-off FPX payment. It does not repeat, so there is nothing to cancel and no charge continues after your account is deleted.
