- What happens to my data if I stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted. Your account drops to the Free plan, your data stays, and you can still read it. Pay again and everything reopens.
- Is there a trial?
- No timed trial. The Free plan is free forever — that is a trial that never expires.
- How do I pay for Pro?
- Sign up free first — the Free plan needs no payment at all. To move to Pro, we issue an invoice and you pay by bank transfer or FPX. Self-serve online payment is coming.
- Can my customers pay through Flow directly?
- Not yet. Flow records the payments you receive — cash, bank transfer, DuitNow QR — and computes the balance exactly. Online collection needs a gateway account in your own name, and that is not available yet.
